The smoothies are great, however the service and the people working there need to go. When I walked in, there was a girl on her phone and the other holding a broom not doing much. The only person working was the gentlemen. I waited a while to order or even be acknowledged. Person taking my order did not greet me and had an attitude and got the order wrong. When I voiced that order was wrong to the girl who was making the smoothies, the girl at the register replied “it’s not that serious”, when they told her she rang in the order wrong. I hate leaving this review, accidents happen, but it’s how you deal with those accidents that show me what kind of place you’re running. Been here 20+ times, no issues, great service, but today I had a chunk of plastic from a peanut butter gun get blended into my smoothie. When I returned (manager NOT on duty) I was offered a refund (on 1 of the 2 smoothies purchased) and I had to ASK for an apology. Redeemed a free smoothie bowl courtesy of T-Mobile Tuesdays and I was not disappointed. The smoothie bowl was refreshing, but almost too sweet with the pineapples, honey, roasted granola, honey, and fruit that made up the sorbet base. Service was slow and they failed to acknowledge myself or other customers as we waited in line. The overall atmosphere was good, the store was clean, well organized, and played trendy music.
