Ruined my wedding band! In trying to adjust size, they completely wiped out an engraving and told me it was fading before that, even though it was a brand new ring. They redid it twice, a process that took over four weeks for which they kept saying, “Come back next week,” only for me to get there and for them to say, “Not done yet, but next week it will be done.” Then when they re-engraved, they did it wrong in this ugly cursive, it looks terrible. When I asked about it, they told me they did what was there, even though plain text and cursive are not the same.
