I will not give not one star but have to just to post my review, my couches were delivered almost two weeks late, had I not called to inquire it probably would've took longer. They hire three men whom do not work for the company to deliver the couches and were unable to bring it upstairs to my second floor apartment. The men wanted to bring the couch through the window and demanded an additional $150, and when I contacted the sales man Joseph he stated that I had to pay because they were paid by US Furniture to do the delivery. Keep in mind they did not, it was the $150 I was charged for delivery, and the next option was to send a technician which would cost an additional $250. The delivery men were only asking for $150 because they said it was taking to long to bring the couch into my apartment and they had other deliveries, please tell me what type of customer service is that? I was never told at the time of purchase that there is no refund nor store credit, Joseph stated its either I pay an additional $250 or I'm out of luck. The end result I had a maintenance guy from my complex and my next door neighbor help me bring the couch these delivery men left in my back hallway, through my front hallway and manage to fit it just fine through the front door. I strongly suggest one to review there return policy which there is none, be sure the delivery drivers do not rush trying to get the product delivered, and lastly don't expect any top customer service from these people, it's all about money! Read moreIt’s been almost 2 years of not receiving a furniture piece I paid for. I have to constantly call to follow up on the piece I haven’t received. A month and a half ago I called the store and was assisted by Omar, prior to calling the store I left a bad review about what was going on. When speaking to Omar he kept question my review and giving me an attitude for leaving one when giving the company 2years to justify the mistake THEY made. Then proceeded to tell me someone already picked up my furniture piece. I never went to receive the furniture piece so this was a complete lie. Shouldn’t you have to sign for picking up a purchase you made? So you mean to tell me any random stranger can walk in saying they’re picking up a piece and they just release the furniture to them? Omar said he would call me back in 2-3weeks with an update and YET AGAIN I’ve been left in the dark with no communication given back to me. Joseph is the manager of this location and scams all customers who enter. I am now out of the money I spent on this furniture piece. Crazy how a company can quite literally steal from their customers and remain in business. We placed an order in mid July for 3 pieces of furniture (dining, bedroom, and living room), as well as insurance. Salesperson was perfectly friendly and helpful, said that the pieces we chose were in stock and would get delivered in 5-7 weeks. After 10 weeks we still had not received furniture, which, fine - understandable with the COVID delays. But then a month passed, and another, and another. We tried cancelling the order, but their nonexistent policy (which was apparently supposed to be on the back of the receipt though there was nothing written there and you won’t find the policy online and they won’t detail it to you over the phone) said no returns unless pieces are damaged. We called every week and even went to the store to get down to the bottom of things. “Furniture was damaged in warehouse,” “furniture is in our parent warehouse won’t be delivered for another 6-8 days.” Couch finally came in December - the WRONG couch. It’s now mid February and they’re still missing pieces of furniture and there’s no way to get a refund - they refuse to pay the bank. Absolutely insane customer service (if you can get ahold of them). I implore you all never to give your business to this company.
