TL;DR Love the place! Avoid Tomas 🫩

I love the food and the other servers, but Tomas... I've kept this in for so long but my brother in Christ I can't stand that server 😭 We've had three separate incidents with that man and that's the reason why I can't come here if I know he's there.

The first incident we had with Tomas he had us waiting for nearly an hour because he gave our food to the wrong table. Whatever, I'm not going to make a big deal about it and the situation was made a little better when he offered to give us some drinks for free. But then he completely forgot about the drinks and we had to ask him TWICE about it, and then he eventually gave us our food and our drinks but at what cost. My friend gave him their card to pay for our meal and he charged them twice, so we had to come back the next day to get it corrected but he sorta fled the scene.

The second incident is when we ordered and he gave our side pancakes to the wrong table. Things happen, I get it, so we didn't fuss about it. But AGAIN it took him another 20 minutes to bring them out since he kept forgetting. We paid via the app this time so he couldn't charge us twice like the first experience.

Third experience he kept forgetting about our refills; multiple times he would check in on the tables around us but us, and when we would ask him if he could just get out refills he would disappear and not come back. We paid through the app again and we just left without our refills, or else we would've never left the building 💀

Last time we went we were almost stuck with Tomas again, until my friend asked the manager if we could get anyone BUT him and they obliged without any question. His reaction to our request was very understanding, which means they're probably aware of Tomas and all his complaints! Please do something or talk to the guy, I have to constantly avoid getting him as a server or coming here in general because I don't know how I'll react if I'm stuck with him taking my order 🤦🏻‍♀️ So the place is great and all the other servers are wonderful!...

Had a great time last weekend when my partner and I went in. First time the waitress was wonderful, very kind and friendly. Meal was great. We tipped well. I was excited to come back and leaves positive review today.

But when we went back today around dinner time, we got a different waitress whose very first words upon arriving to our table was a VERY nasty and unprofessional comment about another younger waitress. The entire time, our waitress kept giving us dirty looks and looking very disgusted at us any time we had an interaction with her. She brought us water in dirty cups and silverware. We asked for a replacement, and she brought us another dirty cup. I gave up and didn't bother asking for another. While we were waiting for our food, we overheard the same waitress being extremely rude to another customer sitting just behind us, griping to them about the fact that they were looking for a senior discount. Though we ordered the same meals that we got just a week ago (which had been quite lovely at the time) the meals today were not made the same, the vegetables in mine looked strange and the cheese sauce on top of my omelette looked like it had been reheated and that it has been sat there for a long time. We immediately felt sick after finishing. I'm reasonably certain now that I may have food poisoning as.. well, let's just say, I can't leave the bathroom.

Absolutely atrocious, and utterly confusing given that our first interaction was so positive a week ago. Sadly we'll never be...

There’s a line as expected and you have to wait your turn, well waited 40 minutes for our turn. The message that our table was ready came and as we were walking in the front desk girl came out and took someone that she obviously knew as she chatting with them in a familiar way, mind you they came way after us to get a number. She took them in and then told us that we had to wait. We showed that we got the message that out table was ready and she said ohh no that just means you came up next in line. That’s not what the message said. So I explain we came before those people you just took in front of us and she said no sorry they were waiting somewhere in the back, which was not true as we saw them come after us to get their number and then walk out. So because I’m pregnant and diabetic and already waited 40 minutes we ask to take us off the list as I can’t have my sugar drop and she just put us as a no show. We did show. She just gave our table to someone else. This is the worst costumer service ever. She didn’t even care. Why have this system if you’re not going to respect the system. I have the messages as proof that it was our turn and she just gave it to someone else as she came out directly to get them instead Of like everybody getting a message to their phone. Mind you the guy had the phone in his hand so they can’t say the person didn’t...
