Went through the drive-thru at close to 5:00 02/11. Waited in the line to the left. One young girl was taking orders in the left lane and a young man in the right lane. Just as they finished with the car infront of us I guess they decided they had done enough and waited on the sidewalk. At that moment their replacements came out and all 4 of them stood on the sidewalk laughing for several minutes before attempting to hand off their safety vests and battery packs for their handheld. All the cars infront of us had pulled forward as they were able to place their orders. After the staff finally completed their hand-off they walked to their lanes. BUT they walked right past our car, while we had the window down looking at them, and proceeded to take orders from the cars behind us and to the side of us. We sat there for several minutes, basically holding up the line, and not once did one of these children walk forward to us to see if there was a problem. Finally gave up and waited in line to get to the window as you are pretty much trapped once you get in line. Pulled to the window and asked for the manager. Young man came to the window and we told him what had occurred. He could have given less of a $$$$. He just said oh sorry and was more concerned shoving bags at the young lady next to him and telling her to get the food to the car behind us. Yup the hell with us that we're ignored by your employees outside, make sure the cars behind us are taken care of just as your employees did outside. I really feel like, for some reason, the kids outside did not want to help us because when we drove around the side, looked over, and these individuals outside were now standing up by the menu board where we were left sitting. Good Luck if you eat there! Customer Service should...
Read moreThis was my first visit. A very smiling, friendly, and accommodating staff behind the counter. The whole area is very clean. There are various types of seating arrangements to accommodate both young and older customers. Service is quick and friendly to your table if your order is not ready at the counter. The waffle fries are some of the best I've eaten. I had the chick filet sandwich. For my taste it was too bland, but for others this may be fine. Also I was disappointed between the picture on the wall and what I received. It's smaller in real life. The piece of lettuce was too large for the size of the sandwich and got in the way of biting into the sandwich. I removed it. I don't think, if I go back, that I would order it again. But I think I would like to try some of the other items. I hear their Mac an Cheese is very good. So I may just give them another try. Their parking lot is squeezed in-between two other restaurants parking lots, creating a very sharp turn on one side of the lot. As we were leaving a full size pickup truck was trying to enter just as we were try to leave. We backed up so that he could enter. I think that Chick-fil-A is a good place for everyone to give it a try and decide for yourselves whether...
Read moreI've only been to the ones down south. I was really surprized to find them coming around Ct. There food tastes clean ! The place, including bathroom, is clean. They walk by tables to see if you need anything. They make you feel like you simply belong. The chicken is really fresh and it "really" is juicy ! The commercials speak outright truth in advertising their company. The only thing that is a problem is the drive through section. It interferes with the parking space. People can't get out until the dive through line has gone down. It's a strong inconvenience. Also can be dangerous. It's so easy for cars to hit eachother by mistake.
Please put up a large sign that the food is being cooked in peanut oil. S9me People like my husband, are deathly allergic to it. Allergies are of a serious concern. Again ; Please put a large sign up. And Not near the cash registers where people have been standing in line for awhile, only to be disappointed and now even hungrier. The buisness can drop real quick with just...
