Balboa parking lot numbers from 1 trough number 9 most of kiosks do not work if you pay cash they will take your money and believe me that those kioks will keep the money and will not dispensed a ticket and they display malfunction and they time themselves and back to normal with out given any notification I try calling the number that they display on the kiosk and they have a Chinese lady that barely speaks English and she will hang up on you and says call later. I did provide my ticket and my license plate that I pay for a parking spot for 2 days that I found ridiculous to pay 75 dollars for two days and lucky if you find a kiosk that works and rip you off, I call the city with all the proof and they still don't refund my 20 dollars that the malfunctioning kiosk took and they said they are working on it and played like he will for forget and just go by another tourists been rip off while still expending on a expensive city . Please do not go to Newport Beach Parking or the city go to long Beach they have ferry to Catalina island more often too and cheaper parking lots Please don't go to Newport Beach STAY OFF!!!! AND GO TO LONG...

But we were told they do not allow oversized vehicles at all. We’re headed up to Huntington Beach area next. She said they seem to allow them up there but...
