Logan Park was our 7th avenue consultant. He was wonderful! He assisted us during our showroom visit and he was very knowledgeable and insightful. He showed us around the showroom and had us test out the couches by sitting on them to sample the feel and depth. What I loved most about Logan’s customer service is that he had an opinion about what was best for our space. My boyfriend and I were worried about the length and depth of the couch, so we took our measuring tape and Logan let us measure the couches to get an idea of how much space the pieces would take up in our living room, the best part is that he listened to our needs and suggested how many pieces we could get without making our space look too overwhelming. We also knew we wanted pieces that were flexible for our space when hosting family and friends. Logan was able to demonstrate all the possible ways that we could modify our 4-piece couch to create a pit, a 3-piece couch + 1 seat, 2 small love seats facing each other, etc. It was quite fun to see all the configurations he came up with and this made us even more confident that this sectional would work out for our space. It also allowed us to physically see the flexibility we would have to change it for our quests and even doubling it up as a bed for overnight guests when needed. Logan also had us look at the different fabrics we could choose for the couch. Not only are the fabrics different colors but the textures also differ. I really liked the pure white color, but that is a scary color to have with a 3-year-old nephew. Logan explained that all their fabrics have a protective coating that makes it easy to clean. The Fabric repels liquids, including wine and coffee, with one exception of *HOT COFFEE, this is important to me as I love my morning coffee, but as you guessed I will not be drinking hot coffee on my couch. Logan also informed us that every single piece of the couch is covered in fabric that can be removed and washed! If worse comes to worst, no more worrying about spot cleaning you can just take the cover off and wash it. By the end of our Showroom tour my boyfriend wanted the standard couch which was 39” inches deep, while I wanted the extra deep at 47” inches. I wanted the white couch, and my boyfriend wanted the oatmeal couch. These differences in preferences probably made our visit longer than Logan expected, yet he was so patient with us and helped us make a decision. We ended up going with the natural white because, my boyfriend and I met in the middle, plus he liked the softer fabric on the natural white color. I know this review is lengthy, but I really want to describe our experience at 7th Avenue with Logan Park. So happy with my 7th Avenue couch! I was debating between West Elm and RH, but wanted to research other options and googled "best modular couch" and 7th Avenue popped up. I've never heard of this brand before and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I have an odd shaped space that needed a specific size, so a modular couch was necessary. Just like buying a mattress, I wanted to sit and feel the couch, test it out.

I visited the Newport location, and Logan is why I ended up purchasing a 7th Ave couch! Not only was he super nice and helpful, he was also attentive and easy to get a hold of (text and email). He helped me decide on color, material, and size. The couch itself feels like a cloud, but not too soft. Firm enough that it keeps it's shape, but not too firm that you feel like you're on a plane. The cusions also don't flatten when you sit on them, nor do they need to be re-fluffed, they keep their shape well. The color also goes perfectly with my Simply White walls. I thought the "natural white" would be too white, but it works so well together. I also really like the texture of the couch, nice and soft, almost like if boucle was flat. Everyone who has come over to sit on my new couch has complimented on how great it is. :)

Delivery was also super quick. Logan was able to get my couch delivered and set up within 3 weeks of visiting the Newport Beach showroom. Guys that delivered and set up were professional and efficient; they took out all trash and set up perfectly where I requested.

Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would recommend this couch over the other brands that offer modular couches! What really sold me was mainly the customer service (Logan), water-repellent and stain-resistant materials, their lifetime warranty, and 30-day exchange. West Elm and RH don't offer these options, and for $5-10K+, I want to make sure I love my couch, but don't want to be stuck with it if I don't end up liking it. 7th Ave is...
