I wouldn't normally leave a 1 star review but finding out your gym location was permanently closed without any warnings from one day to the next. Getting to train early in the morning to not be able to go in. On top of that getting charged your monthly membership for only 10 days after shut the place down and to this day not even an email or phone call or whatever to explain what happened. Not to mention I was charge over $40 more of what my membership usually was. We were all left out without any answers or what to do. Other locations have done their best to help out but they don't even know to get us in contact with corporate even though it was a franchise of the UFC family. I had try to call the number of their corporate website but absolutely no answer. Extremely disappointed and now having to dispute charges through the credit card company like everyone else is doing because we feel we have been taken advantage of and things have been handled...
Read moreThe worst customer service. We have been trying to get a hold of someone from the corporate. We provided service here at our local Sunnyvale club, and we were never paid. We have been talking with the the Director of Operation at the corporate office n we have been getting the run around with her. I called the corporate # n the receptionist said that she is not allowed to give information out. Our service was provided on February 15 and we still have not been paid Shawna says that a check was sent out but nothing has been recieved. I requested a copy of the check stub and she couldn't supply me with that. I can’t control eavesdroppers. I know some gym employees take the class and they were listening to my private conversations. I had a conversation with the instructor on Friday 08/07/20 when she told me about the new rate. I asked her how can you justify $49 for an outdoor spin class with limited equipment for which we have to show up extra early for to find a bike that works. Set up ez-ups that are damaged by the way when there are gyms that charge less per month for the entire gym and everything works?
