I don't ask for help often maybe 1 every 2 are no state help at all but because I don't have a slab under my home own my own land water power septic they wouldn't help me but last yr o was allowed help the lady working said she asked her boss who asked her boss and nope mo slab no help doesn't matter the amount was 165.00 I needed help with. The front door is locked even though the sign says open no bell to ring I had to go ask the lady in different building if they were open when u call the number they also were confused why front door was locked so u go around back to food shelf ring that bell and then they bring u to a little hole in wall dirty very dirtt office where a lady sits I was there 5 mins she didn't do paperwork cause it was waste of her time until her boss told her nope no concrete slab ko help.
