BUYER BEWARE!!! This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! What happened to good customer service in the U.S.? Companies that appreciate their customers and reasonably try to help them. On December 10th, I purchased The Lovebird Fair Isle Sweater for my wife for Christmas. When the time came and passed for it to be delivered, I looked at my email to track the order. I saw a message saying my order was canceled because of suspected fraud. Come to find out, the suspected fraud was because my IP address showed I made the ordered more than 500 miles away from my shipping address. I guess KJP, did not take into consideration that customers place online orders using a VPN (for online security) or when they are traveling. They had my contact information (why ask for it if you are not going to utilize it) and they did not bother to reach out with any concerns. I contacted the company by email and phone, but they refused to help me whatsoever. The product is now sold out so I can’t even reluctantly order it if I wanted to. KJP’s representative’s attitude was, we don’t care you are one little measly customer, and we have plenty to go around. I am so disappointed because my wife now will not get the sweater she liked, and I am left desperately trying to find something different. Customers are helpless in these situations, so this is my only way to express my distress and hope something like this does not happen to you when ordering from this company. I have purchased numerous things from this store. The clothing items have been of higher quality-which is why I am giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star. I am writing this review in response to my experience purchasing jewelry. I bought and enjoyed occasionally wearing the pearl necklace with monogram. I was disappointed when it just suddenly broke one day while wearing and all the beads spilled off. I reached out to the store and since it had been over a year, they said sorry about your luck. Though I did a review on the product from my purchase link explaining what happened, my review has never appeared on the website. I do not think this is fair to future buyers. I have many similar costume jewelry style necklaces by other brands like Kate Spade that are much older and still holding up beautifully. This necklace is pretty but very cheaply made. Buyer beware. I recently purchased a Fall Fox sweater for my husband. After the loss of our youngest daughter last year, I wanted to do something special for us, hoping to create a sense of normalcy. When the package arrived, I was initially excited to see how well it was presented, but that excitement quickly turned to disappointment.

Upon closer inspection, the quality of the sweater did not match its high price tag. The fabric felt cheap, and to my surprise, I discovered that the sweater was made in China. I had chosen this website because it appeared to offer exclusive, high-quality products, but what I received was far from impressive. I felt misled and deeply disappointed, especially considering the emotional significance behind this purchase.
