I bought a piece of artwork here. It was shipped to me, when I opened it up the picture fell right out of the frame. The frame was literally a hunk of plastic it was the cheapest thing I have ever seen. I called the store spoke with Julia. she told me that I had held the frame in my hand and had approved it. When I was at the store when I originally bought my picture she showed me samples which is a small corner piece which I assumed was just so I could look at the color etc. I didn’t hold a whole frame in my hand if I had I would’ve realized how cheap it was and flimsy and tacky. I requested that they pay for the picture to be reframed so I could bring it to someone locally. They refused and told me they had no capabilities of refunds. I told them I was not happy with the frame, and that I did not want to have to repackage it because that would’ve been a huge hassle for me and then I would have to wait for my piece of art to be shipped there and Fixed and shipped back. They refused to pay for the new framing which would’ve been basically the same cost of them shipping it back-and-forth and a new frame. I would never deal with them again their customer service is horrible. They don’t stand behind their work. Horrible to deal with and obviously don’t care about...

I stopped by yesterday with a friend and the manager only moved from her most likely a personal phonecall - only because she thought my friend REALLY wanted to buy on the spot!
Once the “manager “ realized my friend didn’t make his mind yet, she hastily went back to the back room and continued her phone call, totally ignoring us and other customers!
And this amazing manager has no idea about the artists whose art she is selling!! But hey, she said, the artist bio is on they website…
I have seen better customer service, hospitality and attention at a gas station. Truly pathetic, especially since I used to own a similar business and this gives such places a bad reputation.
I’d give zero stars...
Read moreI recently visited this store looking to buy fine art. I walked around for a bit (about 5 min) and was approached by an older woman, tall, gold hair, asking how she can help me. I told her I’m jus looking around for now. She proceeded to tell me that her rent is high and the art is for sale. I knew the art was for sale so I found it a little ridiculous that she would make such a statement out of the blue. Then she told us “This is a business, have a great day” and motioned me, my boyfriend and my cousin to the door. I felt unwelcome so I immediately left. I expected classy service from a place like that but I can’t help but wonder if my African American boyfriend made her feel...
