Jason & Co — Local services in Newport

While enjoying a beautiful day in Newport, RI with my family, we found a boutique Jewelry store called Jason & Co. We went in just to browse and quickly discovered that this was no ordinary or typical jewelry store.

They have so many unique and beautiful pieces for men and women from many designers. We spent better part of an hour in there and became friendly with Jason who turns out to be the owner/proprietor. Super nice guy who was super friendly and knowledgeable.

While talking with Jason, I couldn't help but notice the cable style stainless steel & 14k gold bracelet he was wearing. It was drop dead gorgeous and I knew I had to have one! Jason went on to tell me that it was a custom piece he had made for himself. I felt a little awkward asking him my next question but I did anyway which was "would you mind if I tried your on your bracelet? Without any hesitation, he immediately took it off his wrist and allowed me to try it on! It was a little too small for my wrist but close enough for me to see how it looked on me.

Now I really had to have this bracelet! I asked him if he had one avail in the store in my size and he repeated that it was a custom made piece so no, none in the store. He must have seen the disappointed look on my face because he quickly said, "if you really like it, I can have the same exact one custom made for you". I jumped at the chance!

It took little less than 3 weeks, and Jason called to tell me my new custom (two of a kind) bracelet was finished and was ready for shipment! It arrived within two days and my heart was pounding with excitement as I methodically opened the box. There it was, exactly as I had seen it in his boutique and this one fit me perfectly!

My entire experience working with Jason was phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable, willing to go out of his way, not pushy like most jewelers can be, very affordable prices and great communication throughout the process. I really feel like I found a friend in the jewelry business and someone who I can trust for many years to come. Can't wait to return to the store this summer! My wife and daughters are excited to return too!

Jason & employee’s were friendly, informative and helpful. I had a minor problem with a bracelet and they offered to repair, replace, or refund my money. (Even though they posted all sales final) I ended up with another bracelet I liked even more. Then while working out our problem we ended up with another bracelet for my wife. Now every time we’re back in Newport we stop. And always end up with something unique. Love doing business with these people. Definitely 5 star service, and not to common Jewelry. I walked into Jason’s store while on vacation in Newport and fell in love with a beautiful diamond wedding band. Unfortunately it didn’t fit .. Jason offered to have it sized and shipped to me. When he took it to get sized , they couldn’t do it without damaging the stones. He called me immediately and offered to have one made in my size for me.

Amazing customer service like this is hard to find these days!
