This stop and shop blows. Part of it is due to the very limited amount of space but... having lived in Newport a couple of years now, we only go to this location for last minute items like milk, butter, or nonperishables. I have bought rotten meat from them twice, and rotten mozzarella as well. Their produce selection is very limited and always in poor shape. If it's a real grocery run, take the extra ten minutes and go to either of the other two stop and shops, or to the Shaws in Middletown. Any of those options are better in quality and selection, and are ten minutes or less travel time. The only saving grace to this place is the blond haired chick who works in management. Read moreThis is one of my favourite places to shop. Its a neat and friendly experience in Attleboro, MA. I usually get there around 6 or 7 PM. YOU know what happens-all the sale items are gone and I start to feel a bit disappointed and ask if there is any more. Of course the answer is always let me go see. I get the answer that there will be more tomorrow. But I cant be here then, so the manager says to me, how about this, and that and they wii be at the sale price.
