I had such a wonderful experience at this CVS thanks to one of the employees, Ben. I originally went in just to make a quick purchase, but Ben went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. While I was checking out, he told me about the CVS Rewards program and explained all the benefits in such a clear and friendly way that I decided to sign up on the spot.
After signing up, he surprised me by giving me a little gift bag filled with some really nice goodies—it was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. But what stood out to me most was that he didn’t just stop there. He also gave my friends who were with me their own bags as well, making all of us feel welcomed and valued.
Ben’s customer service was outstanding. He was professional, personable, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about making customers’ experiences positive. Employees like Ben are rare to come by—he not only does his job well but elevates the entire atmosphere of the store. Honestly, he deserves a raise for the effort he puts in and the way he carries the store on his back with his hard work and great attitude.

   Read moreI would like to formally express my concern regarding the conduct of one of the staff members at the pharmacy pick-up counter. On my recent visit, I interacted with a female employee, blonde hair, high ponytail, wearing glasses who displayed behavior that I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. When I politely asked about the status of a prescription, she responded with visible frustration, rolled her eyes, and told me she didn’t know when it would be ready, advising me to return the next day. However, the prescription was ready within minutes once the manager intervened and confirmed it was ready. This information could have been communicated to me directly and respectfully without the attitude I encountered. Additionally, I observed her allowing two individuals to bypass the line, despite several customers waiting ahead of them, and she interacted with them in a noticeably more pleasant manner. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but professionalism, respect, and fair treatment should always be maintained when dealing with customers. "Technical difficulties" make it hard to sign into your own account and order your prescriptios when the store is closed, so you're better off calling in your order rather than paying five dollars per month. This is a very frustrating way to do business...by taking people's money and providing them with links that expire and sites that people can not sign into when the business is closed.
