I received a normal menu that you open to look for food. All the prices are indicated. After making my order I received my spicy seafood soup which was oversalted. All my friends food was mediocre and some of it was even bad. The tuna tataki was overpowered by the seasonings which made the flavors unpleasant. Nonetheless this doesn’t make the review a one star. Afterwards I got my check but the soup was overpriced. I went out with friends that day and everything they got was overpriced by another 2-4 dollars too. We asked the manager why this was all the case. She said that we should’ve read the small red text at the front of the menu to open the “online menu”. Very fresh, Very Tasty I inadvertently ordered sushime out of straight ignorance and called wondering what it was the staff handled it as well as possible given the language barrier. Though I was not met with a friendly regard but more as a nuisance I'm going to chalk that up to a cultural difference.
I usually do not pay people to make me feel like a nuisance even when I am being one so, I'll not return! I'd like to say but the food is so good I think I'll give it another go and hope for the best.
Despite all that, the food is excellent, and now that I think of it the only reason people work with me is I'm very good at what I do. Competence has it rewards this place deserved another go for certain.
