Finding a florist was the most difficult part of our wedding. Everyone I reached out to had a minimum of almost triple our budget for flowers. I'd almost given up on what I wanted for our wedding day, then I found Katie's House of Flowers after a quick google search. First meeting Emily, I knew I'd lucked up. She immediately let me know there are no minimums and maximums when it comes to your wedding day. She really just wants to make your vision come to life. And man did she! Emily was so easy to work with- I went in to our first meeting having no clear idea of what I was looking for, I was all over the place, and she somehow translated my confusion into something perfect! I look back at the inspiration photos I sent her and still can't believe how well she perfected everything! She blew my inspiration photos out of the water! I wished there were a way to preserve my bouquet forever- it was absolutely gorgeous! Emily is stuck with us for life as a customer!...

Many thanks to Dylan, who went above and beyond to make sure that my arrangement was delivered! I submitted an online order to be delivered to the hospital. The recipient was in ICU and was not moved to a room as quickly as I anticipated (ICU doesnt accept deliveries) but Dylan continually called the hospital to see when he could deliver to a room. Recipient ended up briefly staying in a room and then going straight home before Dylan could make the delivery. Even so, he communicated throughout the entire process (even asking if I wanted a refund after I put him through all of this trouble!). He called to get a home address and promptly delivered the arrangement. I live out of town and wish our local florist was this accommodating! I will use Katie’s House of Flowers in the future for family in the area. Their customer service is top notch- thank you, Dylan, for going above and beyond, even when I sent you on a goose chase! I very much appreciate your patience...

They are absolutely wonderful at Katie’s!

My husband and I married this February. It was a small wedding but it was also very short notice. We were putting everything together up until the day of. The staff at Katie’s was fantastic in working with us to make our outdoor wedding an absolutely gorgeous event.

I had no idea how to really convey what I wanted for flowers and arrangements. I knew eucalyptus and sage colors, but that was really the extent. Mrs. Emily made what I envisioned in my mind into a stunning reality. Everything from the arch to the boutonnieres were spot on and I had absolutely no complaints.

The flowers were bright and fresh looking. It was windy, it rained, but those arrangements held up and looked beautiful through the night and into the morning when we took them down.

You could honestly pick no one better to help make your wedding something magical and unforgettable.
