This is the most pathetic staff I have ever in 30 plus years of getting prescriptions. I moved here August 1 showed them my new physical address, gave them all my prescriptions and explained I am having to transition from my DRs I'm LA to here once I am able to get into a new Dr. This month I'm done with them. They should really find a new pharmacist and all new employees because they don't even care about what they are doing. I live in the country so I have to travel 20 mins there n back n cost gas. They tell me it's ready I get there it's not. I give hand written Rx and they are still after three months of using them tell me I have to verify the Dr wrote it. A new excuse is I need to verify you been to the Dr in last six months. I usually pick up all my scripts at same time which used to be in the 3rd if each month. With all of their screw up And excuses over the past three months my bottles now read the 20th of the month. I gone without my medicine for weeks before they get it straight. I had covid n went to pick up my prescriptions and they put them back in the shelf after I told them I had covid n would pick them up up not to do that. So they said let me get those ready again get message they are ready only to get there and they only have 1. This has cost me time money gasoline and health Issues! I literally have been to their office now this month 6 times for one is a one time pick up. They don't don't care at all about you! Way to many incidents and way to many excuses!! They...
Read moreUpdate: It's funny, here I am years later I'm like you know what I'm so irritated I'm going to go give them a review. But lo and behold I already did. Guess what It's not any better. It's so hard to switch pharmacies when you have multiple doctors.
They have screwed up a number of prescriptions. Once was the wrong label on the bottle. Filled 90 day prescriptions with 30 pills. Then I can't get the additional ones because of insurance. Last prescription I refilled online and went to pickup. Wasn't ready. Took 2 more trips and about 45 minutes of waiting. Same issues in Crestview. I have to carefully check my prescriptions.
**I have edited this review a little because the pharmacist asked me to. Which was pretty bold. But I do think most of the issues aren't necessarily that daily, but some of the other staff. The reason I am doing it is because they do care enough to actually read the reviews. I do hope that they are making efforts to improve the issues. I realize it's a hard thankless job like anything. But it is a profession in which...
Read morePharmacy closes at 4pm.....4pm folks. Who can get to the pharmacy by 4pm if you hold a daytime job to get your meds? Website says 8pm, so I went at 6pm and paper signs say due to staff shortages due to COVID pandemic they close at 4pm. So your entire pharmacy staff got COVID and you couldn't bring in temp staff from other stores? They aren't even able to say how long they'll continue at these hours. I get COVID impact to your staff? But get a shared floating pharmacist so customers can actually get their medications, CVS does. Big fail on Walgreens.
UPDATE: Take caution using the inside store, I can't 100% blame this on Walgreens for where I got sick but I have since contracted COVID and this is the only place of 4 that I have visited in the past week and a half that I physically went into a place and had known previous outbreak. Kind of hard to overlook the...
