Edit: i decided to go back in And get this item, to find out someone put it behind the counter when i called... and didn't tell anyone and the person i talked to in the store didn't ask anyone... just bad communication all the way around... but i just wanted to be transparent.. original: If i could give 0 i would.... i called up here and talked to 2 seperate ppl that both told me they had 2 of what i was looking for.... 15 mins b4 i got there... i called so i didnt waste a trip up here... wouldnt ya know i got here and they didnt have 2... and the one they had was on display for god knows how long and how many ppl knocked it over.. i asked someone and told them they said yall had 2... well sorry.. great customer service... lie to your customers or at least dont go look when they call so they waste an hr of their work day... fantastic service.. would...

Went to ace here in bwb to get a key fob battery replacement & a nice man named Vic was there to help us. He taught us how to change the battery & he made sure we had the right one & put it in for us. He was amazing & very friendly. We both said he deserves a raise. Its really hard to get great customer service anywhere anymore but Vic was awesome & there should be more like him. We will always ask Vic if we have a question. We never right reviews but he was so great, we had too! Thanks Vic...

Prices (as expected) are a little higher than Lowes or Home Depot, but they are also our neighbors. I would not stock my house there, ut when I need something...i want it now. They carry top of the line merchandise and you NEVER have a problem with their service. Being close saves me tons of time, which means I get done with my task quicker!! I get what I pay for...
