Worst restaurant experience ever! Definitely don’t go if you have a medium size group. The hosts are terrible at their job and don’t understand the concept of lists. We had a group of 7 and it took over an hour and 15 minutes to be seated after being told it would be a 45 minute wait. At one point while waiting I looked on the host’s list and there was just us and one other group of 8 waiting and they were 7 or 8 groups behind us. All other smaller groups that walked in were seated immediately. When a large table finally became available after us waiting about an hour they decided to give it to the group of 8 that got there well after us and was well below us on the list. When we asked the hosts about it, they argued that they were ahead of us on the list and pointed at a random name. After us waiting another 15 minutes and everyone else just walking straight in to a table the host asked if we could make a normal size booth work (the tables everyone was being seated at immediately). Check your accounts after you’ve paid. They doubled the tip we paid them. Good food doesn’t make thievery ok! We ok’d a four dollar tip, and were charged an 8 dollar tip. So we were over charged. When we called and asked to speak to a manager we were told no manager was in on Tuesday. It has nothing to do with the tip numbers at the bottom. The tip charged to us was double what we allowed. That is on the business, not the customer. There were two of us there. I added the tip for my father, and he checked it out. Later his card was charged for double the tip. He called and left a messaged, and I called and asked to speak to a manger. We were told no manager was in, and wouldn’t be until the next day. This is the best place with the best food when it comes to real Mexican food. This is the only restaurant that we come for the Mexican taste. But it’s not just the food that makes it great. The staffs along with the Manager are some really down to earth people that care about the customers. My wife has food allergies and they will go out of their way to make sure the food that is placed in front of her is safe for her to eat. Tonight she ordered french fries and the Manager was thoughtful enough to tell her that the fries were cooked with other food to which she is allergic to and advise her not to eat them. NO other restaurant would pay that much attention to detail. Odea and all the others make this establishment the best location to eat at in the Niceville-Bluewater bay...
