After many months of making the long drive to the Turkey Creek Taco Bell location finally the Bluewater location came through and everything was in the bag! Debated on going here tonight because they always get our order wrong. ALWAYS. Ive worked at Taco Bell for 4 years when I was younger and never have I seen so many horrible reviews at a location. One of the managers at this location(not sure of her name) who wears glasses has such a nasty attitude. Girl, if you dislike your job so much find another, or leave whatever drama you got at home. Set an example for the team you have running. We all go through things in life but this is your job. Youre getting paid to do what you do. As of August 28th, 2018 this location may have given me hope all because of one person - I need to give a shout out to BIANCA O for portraying great customer service! Checked our bag, asked for sauces, and was kind! I use to get anxiety ordering from here because when trying to explain to the manager and the staff that they messed up an order or if I'm missing an item they would get so annoyed. Like why get annoyed when youre the cause of it, and if you did it right the first time like this is a job you're getting paid. You guys don't care enough. You guys work too fast and not accurate. The other day, we ordered a chicken quesadilla and a soft taco. Got a bag full of food, tried to tell them so they could give the right food to the right people, took 1 thing out, put it in another bag, put more of the wrong food in our bag, and handed it to us. I went inside and tried to have them correct the order and they did it wrong again but at this point i didnt care anymore.
I went to get in my car and another customer that was behind me in the drive thru, was going in. I made the comment, "they messed yours up too?" She angrily replied with, "completely". This was after waiting 20 minutes for them to get it wrong.
Its not as disappointing to get food slow if it is at least correct, or even if it is the wrong food but close and fast. But when its way wrong and a way long wait, kiss my business goodbye.
Also, at our most recent visit, they asked for a donation for school equipment and my wife said no thank you. As soon as she pulled up to the window, the rude woman said, "just so you know, all of our donations go to local schools." She said it with a scoff and in a very condescending tone. We eat there and donate every time, the 1 time we didn't and they made us feel like bad people. Needless to say my wife ended up donating. So rude and unprofessional.

Read moreMyself and another patron were waiting on our orders for a delivery service,while they had not made it through to the taco bell system we were told to leave and go find other orders ,that he would not be tricked into phantom orders and be giving away free food. Mind you all that was asked was if they had received the orders yet. So as I waited and asked may there be a glitch or lagging on the systems end? I was told by the Manager "you don't watch tick tock ? I'm not giving food away I deal with phantom orders every day. Not today though " We simply stood there looking at each other bewildered by what was happening. Well the order finally came through. To say the manager wasn't thrilled to see that is an understatement. He then went on to threat me saying I was banned and no longer welcome at the store. I told him I had to complete my order and would be on my way. After an couple of hours I went back to ask to speak to the manager or General manager to clear the air. That's when I found out he was the manager and the general manager.. and "i ain't got nothing to say to you" also "we ain't got nothing to talk about" he then stormed off saying he was calling the police. I went outside to de-escalate the situation, he then sent someone outside to get my tag number and read it to him through there head sets. I did record this incident in shock of what was happening.
