Bait and switch. Sent completely different, much cheaper, HDMI cables. They purposely sent the cheaper cables. Even the shipping label had the name of the correct cables on it. The Bombay Electronics store member I spoke with said he would look into what went wrong and call me back. He never did call back. I was also told that I could reorder on Amazon and they would not mess up again. I went to order more the same day and give Bombay Electronics another chance. Guess what??? They are scammers. They do not honor their warranty. I've been calling, emailing, and sending messages on newegg for over a month. They don't answer the phone, the voicemail is full, they don't answer newegg messages. I suspect the only way to reach them would be to serve them papers. I ordered an all region DVD player. I am not technically oriented but the representative emailed me several times and reassured me it would be easy. It arrived much faster than I expected.
