Edit 2025-09-09 Orei have emailed me to tell me that they have refunded the postage too. Which is appreciated and a nice touch. The experience has shown me that Orei do care about their customers experience with them, enough to deal with it correctly. As I always say, any company can have a faulty item, it's how you deal with it when that happens. I would buy an Orei product again, with the confidence that it would get dealt with properly. Original post : Well my experience was with a Wireless HDMI Extender Transmitter Dongle & Receiver @1080P up to 100 Feet (WHD-PRO100-K). I try to remain positive here that in the end they did refund the value of the item (though not the delivery charges - which you might argue is fair enough). The issue was that the receiver was not displaying onto the TV at all. I tried on multiple TVs but no output. I reported the issue and it took 5 days to get any response, and the response was a list of questions. I responded within 8 minutes but it then took another 2 days to get a response which was only an apology for the slow response. I have no issue with the manner of the individual involved, only that there appeared to be zero attempt to diagnose the issue. Read moreRecently did an order for HDMI matrix.we Have an install for a restaurant that is supposed to be open and we supposed to finish the install for each TVs, by the weekend. So we planned everything accordingly ordered the matrix one week before to install.
While placing the order the website showed in stock and also showed the estimate time of delivery.
After five days when I’m following up and left a message, they replying that the matrix is not in stock and it will come end of August. No one even bothered to revert back saying that it’s not in stock, please order a different model so we can proceed with our installation.

The OREI HDMI Extender runs perfectly all the time, every time - Straight out of the box. Picture=10/10 - Sound=10/10 - IR 10/10 - Support=10/10 I cannot see any picture & sound difference between a direct HDMI connection and the connection via the OREI Extender.
