My wife and I bought a home that needed a total overhaul. We needed counters for our kitchen, guest bath and master bath. we have worked with many different small and large business in our renovation since I was really the general contractor for the whole project and I have to say Luke at Stone experts is running a wonderful business. He does what he says, returns calls, and double checks his work. From Luke down to the installers they do it the RIGHT way. I also have to say that his prices are pretty much the best I could find. I wasn't sure what type of service I would get since he was so much less than any big box store and WOW was he great. We had ZERO issues with the Kitchen and guest bath and when he called me about the slab we choose for the master he said "Jack we did everything we could and the slab seems to have some spots we cannot get out". I went to look at it and while they were very small and not real obvious he was right and my wife would not have loved them in out new bath counter. I'm very glad I found Stone Experts. I live on the North Shore and I was happy to find a granite fabricator near me so I didn't have to travel out to Elk Grove Village or into the city. I needed two remnants -- one for a vanity top and another for a shower threshold. Kinga and Luke were both very pleasant and accommodating to work with. They had a large selection of remnants. I was pleased with both of my choices. Luke even pointed out a very small minor fissure in the remnant I selected but it was so minor I stuck with my choice but I really appreciated that they brought it to my attention and let me decide -- solid professionalism. Once the vanity and threshold was ready for measurement, Luke came out the next day and accommodated my request to get it done in 3 days. Absolutely true to their name, Luke and his incredible team are the real experts when it comes to Countertops. They not only did an impeccable and professional job with the fabrication and installation but they also managed to get a big countertop sink piece without putting a seam on it and delivered intact which seemed impossible given the limited elevator and stairway space of reaching our condo on the 4 th floor. The whole process from the beginning to the end was super smooth with Luke and Kasia, always being available to clarify doubts and answer all questions patiently, everything was done so efficiently and also timely with great attention to detail and care throughout and most importantly- all at a fair and reasonable price.
