Subway — Restaurant in Niles Township

I stopped in to this Subway and ordered a foot long chicken bacon ranch sub. I was served by Gabriel. He charged me almost $15 for one sandwich and also did not give me a receipt. I called the store to see why I was charged so much when online it says the sandwich should cost $12.39 including taxes. Gabriel stated that he charged me an extra $2 for rotisserie chicken even though on the online menu the sandwich comes with that chicken. I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this subway. I suggest anyone who shops at this subway to double check their order and what the store is charging you before you pay. Terrible customer service from the moment I walked in to the moment when I had to call and get clarification...

I used to work at a Subway. I would take great care in evenly distributing sandwich toppings, applying an appropriate amount of dressing, and treating people well. This has led to me being anywhere from underwhelmed to disappointed with my adult-life Subway experiences.
