Do not do to Crosslanes! The lady working today was the rudest lady Iâve ever met! I called she was super rude and wouldnât help so I decided to go in, very rude. I bought my phone out right at Best Buy, recently got a new one so I was selling my older one and it had a message that it was locked! Locked what do you mean I never locked it and paid outright for it, the Lady told me twice thereâs nothing she can do that I needed to return back to where I bought the phone! Drive home call att Teays valley store and the guy told me it was locked he put in a request to unlock it and it can take up to 2 day! What?? I never ask you to lock it in the first place! Now I have to wait to sell my phone!

The associate answered (and he was eating, smacking his food in our ears) & informed us that the store is closed for lunch. They were knowledgeable with any questions or concerns that I had and explained everything to me! Amy assisted me in purchasing my new iPhone 12 Pro Max and getting my nephew switched over to my old XR! Even though I live in South Charleston, I will be driving to the Cross Lanes store from here on due to how wonderful my experience was!
