The store was about to close and I needed to set up a prepaid plan. At first the lady I went to told me they were about to close. So I asked when they close, she said 8:10pm it was 7:30pm. I said well hopefully we have time to get a plan started for me. I thought to myself, you shouldn't say that to customers. She couldn't help me anyway, she had to get another person to help. The two guys seemed to be attempting to make my wife and I feel dumb for starting the process over the phone, claiming the sales person on the phone had "lied" to us.
