Staples — Local services in Nitro

It's just ok. I gave a 3 but it's really just a 2 on the high end. The employee didnt have much personality and they dont have a very good selection for an off8ce supply business. For it being early morning when I was in there it should have been much cleaner and the girl could have been sweeping instead of leaning over the counter yawning loudly. Where did professionalism go? Out the door with pants I guess. Bare inventory like the females these days showing bare bottoms wearing only boy short underwear and a t-shirt long enough to barely cover those so they look named under that shirt. The store and the females are all shameful. Read your Bible girls. When you purposefully make a man just after you because of your dressing or lack there of and/or your actions, you are sinning and causing someone else to sin and their blood will be on your hands. Oh btw you CAN judge people it says so in the bible just like you judge a bad apple that falls from a tree you can judge a sin that comes from the human that puts it out there....

Purchased a new printer and few days ago and was advised I could return my old one and receive $30.00 credit. (The employee that visit was great). Today I brought back my old printer. 1st only 2 employees in entire,absolutely no customer assistance. 2 people left because of no service. The employee today said the credit had to be done at the time of the other purchase. That makes no sense. Why would someone bring in a printer when shopping for another printer? I hadn't even planned on getting a new printer but saw this one on sale with the features I wanted and decided to try and Epson and I usually only buy HP. Your stores will be closing like Office Max unless you provide better customer service. Many years ago,my employer told me,the employees can make or break a business. In addition we drove over 60 miles one way...

Arrived around 11:30 am on 4/20/24 only to see two other customers be turned away when trying to return an amazon purchase which is exactly why I was there. They also had this sign on the front door. There was NO ONE inside shopping and there were two employees over on the right side when you first walk in which is normally where you return items. Amazon has been pushing Staples as their return location which means Amazon is paying Staples for this service and they are turning customers away! Your sign says, "ship 7 days a week" so you should abide by that. I work from 12 pm - 8 pm M-F which means I cannot use your store as the return location for my items and now I have to pay to use USPS or FedEx. I'll never shop here again. Amazon needs to go back to using Kohl's...
