Burger King — Restaurant in Nitro

Nuggets were cold, dry, hard, & gross. As usual. I used to work there too, so I didn't expect much. They've always dropped too many nuggets to get ahead, bagged them up, & let them sit in the thing that is SUPPOSED to keep them warm. 🙄 Sometimes you'll get them fresh, but these were just awful ! Even my kids that LOVE nuggets, almost worship them, refused to eat them. Employees are almost always rude &/or getting short with you (being rude in a way that they can deny it.) I hate going to BK in Cross Lanes. Especially after working there. They don't properly wash the dishes, & scream at you if you try to. The employees (not all, but most) stand in the kitchen eating all day, without changing their gloves or washing their hands... & go on to touch people's food. GROSS. & then the nuggets, chicken patties, some hamburger patties, just SIT there forever. They make too much of everything at a time & let it sit, just to get orders out quicker. That is gross, probably unhealthy (not that fast-food ever is "good" for your health but it should at least taste good so you can enjoy eating unhealthily !), & totally disappointing when you feel like you're starving & then the food is nasty. Can't tell if you're trying to eat old nuggets, or rocks. They need to make them as they're ordered & just keep up, or find a way to keep...

When we ordered it, twice I said no cheese on both of them and no mayonnaise on one of them. Also, asked for chrispy french fries with no salt. That is how we always ordered our food. When we picked our order up at the window, I clearified our order with the young girl, that there was no cheese on either burger, she said we ordered cheese. No We Did Not. When I asked her if the fries were chrispy and no salt, she said: they're barely done and loaded with salt. If I Were Her Boss, I Would Have Fired Her Immediately. I Don't Care Who You Are, You Do Not Talk To Your Customers In That Manner. Customers Are To Be Treated With RESPECT, If You Want Them...

Horrible experience here 6-29-24. Some highlights of the visit was the girl at the drive through window opening the window not even acknowledging me as she hands drinks out but having a full blown convo "I h8te people" "get someone else to do this job" then proceeded to drop an f bomb in front of me and my husband. One soda tasted like mold, the other seltzer water. We both thought the food seemed fine but then got sick from it. If you have this much of a problem with the job, quit. No one is forcing you to be there. Poor attitude is something I can get over from an employee, but never have I had one drop an f bomb. Last straw for this location. Will not be back.
