I have been a loyal customer at this nail salon since July of last year after moving to the area. Initially, I had great experiences and even built friendships with some of the staff. However, in recent months, the quality of service has significantly declined.

For instance, a couple of weeks ago I had a 5:00 PM appointment, but I received a call just 10 minutes before, asking if I could come at 5:30 PM—right as I was pulling into the parking lot. While I understand that delays happen, a more timely notice would have been appreciated. I arrived 10 minutes before 5:30 PM, only to be informed that it would be another 20-minute wait. I ended up waiting a total of 75 minutes past my original appointment time because walk-ins were being prioritized over scheduled clients.

Additionally, while I understand that mistakes happen, I have recently felt as though requesting corrections has become an inconvenience. In the past, fixes were handled with professionalism, but I have now had to return the following day on three separate occasions for corrections. I have also experienced designs falling off that cost an additional $10–$20, with no offer of a refund or even an apology.

My most recent appointment, however, was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon. I was handled so roughly that I started to bleed in THREE spots (yes, I notified the technician he was being rough.) It is the following day and four of my fingers are so very sore. My nails looked SO badly even after pointing out the things I did not like about 4 times. I just could not bring myself to drive away to the salon so I went back in to get it fixed even though I really did not want to (I was getting engagement photos done and didn’t have time to go somewhere else to make them look halfway decent.)

The main appeal of this salon is its pricing, but at this point, I would gladly pay more elsewhere for better service and...

Well I have been going here since they opened and after yesterday I will not be going back , I try to give people The benefit of a doubt before walking away when I was there a month and a half ago I had my feet and nails done they put my feet in cold water My feet were already cramping and that made it cramping and sensibly were also they had my fingers bleeding by time they were done putting on the polish and doing what they had to do I told the guy that he was hurting my fingers and he acted like it wasn't bothering him so why should it bother me this time when I went back yesterday had my nails and feet done again this time I paid twice the amount for my feet and they didn't do everything that was included in that package was overcharged then when they got to my nails they missed a bunch of places there's a bunch of bumps and places that was not even polished I've had two people tell me today and one last night did you do them yourself it looks like a child payment your nails so I'm paying for services that looks like a child done then and if you say anything to these people they get offended I'm now looking for another nail salon service to go to it's a shame because I really like them when I first went there up until these last three visits I really hope that they get it together when they first open it was a great place to go to great atmosphere friendly faces and a place to rejuvenate and feel good...

I have always went to Zelda . I made an appoint with her today 11-21-24 and they called to tell me she was not going to be there . I have never let anyone else touch my nail but her she is so amazing. The French tip and the marble is from her the white ones was supposed to be milky white nails . The guy that did them normally doesn’t do nails he mainly does toes . I have to sit and wait on him for 45 minutes and then after he was putting my tips on and it kept hurting bc he would glue my skin and glue the nail. He blended the tip then cut them. I asked for almond THIS IS NOT ALMOND idk what shape it is . When he put the top coat on and the help nail polish it started to burn my nails really freaking bad my nails are thick. Their is glue and acrylic under the nails my nails hurt because of how rough and hard we was failing and stuff . I have never had a bad experience but I will not trust anyone to do my nails...
