Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Noble Township

I have tried to give more chances, but i am disappointed and irritated every time. Ordered delivery through the app. It told me the wait was 20-30 minutes. I received text messages saying the order was out for delivery but 20 minutes later had still not received anything. I attempted to call but the phone just rang repeatedly. I hung up and tried to call again only to be called back by a call center with someone that had a very thick accent that i could barely understand. I told them the problem, they said they would connect me, but connected me to a store in another state. I hung up and tried to call again to get the same, ringing but no answer. I hung up and again was called back by the call center. I told them i did not want to talk to them, I wanted my local store but nobody was answering. They again connected me, this time to the right store and someone answered. I told them i didn't receive my delivery and they immediately read off my order. Then they said they could make it again but it would be another half hour. I said what happened to it the first time. They said it was delivered to the wrong house. How do you get the wrong address in town with gps?? The people that got the food called to tell them but the girl said she got busy and didn't call me to let me know. She said she was the only person trying to cook and answer phones. I told her i just wanted a refund. She said she couldn't bc the driver wasn't back yet. So they ended up crediting my account. Which already had a credit bc of the last time they messed up my order. This is getting old. The store has gone downhill so much. Poor management, not enough staff, and employees that don't seem to care. On a previous order, I ordered a taco pizza that didn't have any of the cold toppings. It was just cheese and beans. They didn't see that when they closed the box??

This time, our order was wrong- ordered two supreme one pepperoni and got 2 pepperoni. Barely any sauce on pizza, cheese in crust had a weird texture, and breadsticks were overcooked. Any time I have tried to call, the phone rings over and over again with no answer. Last time we did pick up, the employee came out looking like she was wearing pajamas. Not professional. Will be a long time before ordering...

The service at this pizza hut is horrendous. We moved to the Southeast side of Defiance (still within city limits) a couple years ago. The first few times we ordered from them was fine and had the pizza delivered, but after the first year, we started having issues. The first time we had problems, they called AFTER the food was ready and told us they don't deliver this far out. So we had to go pick it up. The next time, they delivered no problem. After that, we made sure to ask if they deliver to our address. After being assured they do, we get a call that the food is ready to be picked up.

We've never received an apology or a discount for having to go pickup our food that was supposed to be delivered. I wouldn't recommend this place based on their horrible service...

it was 2:30 pm when i put an order in to be ready at 5:30. when i got there at 5:36 they could not find my pizza then when they found it it had been made long before i got there it was not even in the keep warm oven it was sitting in the back. It was as cold as 2nd day pizza. I had to come home and microwave each piece so i could have warm pizza. the bread sticks was gross because they do not warm up good in a microwave oven. i didnt say anything because i would have to wait for them to make me another pizza and i had somewhere i needed to be thats why i put in an early order, This place is something elase i paid over $20 for cold pizza i will never tell...
