Norco Donut — Restaurant in Norco

I've read positive and negative reviews for Norco Donut. I completely agree with the positive ones and completely disagree with the negative ones. If I have one complaint at all, its that they sell out of my favorite donuts often before I can get there. Not their fault of course, their donuts are way better than anyone else's!

The two women who operate the shop have always been incredibly friendly and shown exemplary customer service. I have placed orders that have come back incorrect - and they have made the whole order over again from scratch WITHOUT me paying for it again. They have taken the time to get to know my family, and even know what we like.

To the food quality, I can only speak to the donuts and sandwiches. I have found both to be fresh and delicious every time. The donuts are always made from scratch daily. Down the street a half-mile or so is a Yum Yum Donuts store. We have purchased from both stores and we now consider Norco Donut our donut store. Yum Yum doesn't even compare - their donuts are stale and tasteless!

They have some decent stuff, but if you are unsatisfied with something, don't expect them to be nice or do anything about it. I was highly dissatisfied with a $3.50 smoothie & asked to have it exchanged with a different flavor & the lady told me I would have pay for it again! I told her that's terrible customer service.
