American Legion Post 328 — Local services in Norco

This Legion Sergeant of Arms decided that I was "disruptive" during a publicly advertised first ever townhall for veteran services within riverside county when in reality all I was there to do was request information of the service providers, and seek their knowledge on civil court issues. I was kicked out before I was even able to ask any questions or expose the child trafficking that is taking place within the civil courts in Riverside County. This is an absolute cover up and betrayal of not just myself but any veteran that has ever proactively sought out help from the very community that allegedly helps Veterans. While the members and a few of the staff were friendly and cordial, the people involved securing the townhall were more akin to the brown shirts of the weimar republic. Not only should you avoid this legion, you should be ashamed if you are a member and that is how you treat a Veteran that was simply seeking help from his own allegedly community at a publicly advertised Veteran Townhall. The Sergeant of Arms owe me a personal apology and I will not be join the legion any time soon. I am a United States Marine Corps Corporal, Combat Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, a Purple Heart recipient, and this is by far the most disrespect I have been given in...

We attended a memorial service for a family member and the hall was the perfect venue. The projector & sound system were great and the folks who helped set it up seemed knowledgeable and kind. There is a full bar in the adjacent room, with a service window into the meeting hall. It made getting drinks to go with the (outside) catered lunch easy and stress-free.

There is plenty of parking, and a ramp if you need it. All in all, this was an excellent choice for...

Of course there are membership requirements...but, from the minute you walk in, you're transported to a place with not one angry face. The bartenders and everyone there seem to be feeding off the same plate of cheerful goodwill, smiles and friendly greetings. Not one single person brings their ego in with them...and besides that -who doesn't LOVE military folk ?? Prices are fair and seats are comfy....what else...
