The Local Peach is one of my favorite brunch spots. I was introduced to it by my friend Lyndsey and it’s become a regular place for me when I’m in the area and able to get to it.

I live further away so I can’t really speak towards the accessibility with the hours but I usually also only do brunch on the weekends and they have always been open, with the exception of one time and that was due to illness. Idk about you but I was glad they weren’t cooking when they were sick so I didn’t get sick. I was bummed I wouldn’t be able to taste the delicious food at that point though :p

Every time I go to The Local Peach, I bring friends and they have always loved it as well. I enjoy their grits bowls, eggs, bacon, French toast, split pea soup, scones and pretty much anything. Sometimes they will have specials and you have to get there early or they may run out because they are popular.

Seating has always been easy. I did forget once that I had to get my own water and I asked a staff member if my friend and I could get water. She was gracious and got us water. I noticed she got it from a spot that looked like it was supposed to be publicly accessible so I apologized for forgetting that was the norm but it was all good at the end of the day. It can be a little confusing as to how to order/seat yourself but you just figure it out like other small brunch places 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyways, all in all, love this place and would highly recommend :) oh! They also have a super cute shopping area for little trinkets, art...

So. I’ve been driving by this place for months, peeked my curiosity so one day as I’m driving out of Downtown Norcross i said to myself, i will stop in soon. So yesterday was the day. It was a regular Friday day, just working from home, and decided to order lunch as I started getting hungry. Thats when I remembered so i went to check it out. Upon entry I didnt know what to expect, but was so pleasantly surprised. Was greeted by Bri and she explained everything about the place. Food is made with local ingredients, as they work with locals to source the foods. Then we started talking about the area and such, such a cool vibe! They also offer premade food to go and warm up, as a lot of us get busy and don’t have the time to cook, so brilliant! I decided to order the Southwest Chicken wrap, which was amazing, had some corn, cheese, bacon, oh so good! Got the hummus plate as well, we devoured it with the pita bread it came with. Lastly, the Mexican corn salad, that is a winner as well. So, we everything is delicious, and we need to run that place back soon!!

Bri & Nona, thanks for having such a pleasant and inviting vibe in our small community, loved the space and glad that i decided to stop! We will...

Totally out of ALL food halfway through the serving hours? How is that even possible except through gross incompetence. Out of an item maybe or even a few items but everything? Food that you can't have doesn't taste good and service that you can't get sucks after driving there and jockeying for parking, because they're so crowded. Probably an every day event so how can you be unprepared. Absolutely no excuses can be made for being that unprepared for your customers. I would never visit them again no matter how good their food is when they have it. Not to mention forcing us to take the kids and find some other place to eat when they had passed on breakfast just to be able to have brunch here. **Adding an edit after the owner's or manager's response. I think the response says it all. Clearly I was not misunderstanding the kid at the counter since other people have also said the same thing in their review and the response says all you need to know about how unprofessional the owner is. Not even an apology for being unable to serve a customer and becoming very defensive. Also, we never ordered anything. You weren't taking any orders so you don't even know which customer you're talking to. Your...

As first-time customers at The Local Peach, we found the ordering process a bit confusing. Unlike other restaurants here you order at the counter and are then served at your table, we were instructed to take a menu, and approach the counter when ready. When we went to place our order, we were informed that due to high demand, the only egg option available was scrambled eggs from a carton. We politely inquired if it was possible to accommodate real eggs for the scrambled option. After placing our order, we sat down. Shortly after, a staff member approached us in a very confrontational manner, accusing us of rolling our eyes at her when we asked about the eggs. She was visibly hostile and informed us that she would not be serving us. Without further discussion, we were issued a refund and left the restaurant. While we understand that staff may have been overwhelmed, this situation was handled poorly. A simple request for real eggs led to unnecessary confrontation, leaving us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. It’s especially embarrassing when the entire restaurant is looking at you as an employee is yelling at you.

My wife and I are staying in Norcross for a work assignment and we are distraught over not finding this restaurant until our last week in town. We ate here two days in a row. The first day we had the Peach French Toast which was DIVINE. The second we ordered a pair of Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuits which honestly have ruined all other breakfast sandwiches for us until the end of time. Like.. we are not a fan of eggs but the way they prepare them in such a way to make them fluffy, juicy and all around flavorful.. I am a changed man. This is not even to mention the biscuits which are so buttery and flaky that I will require a second post to Rave about them in their entirity. The restauranteers are very personable and recognized us when out and about and were quick to start up conversation. Very hospitable! They use their establishment to showcase local made goods and to amplify the voices of others. All around very welcoming and genuine caring souls- a true gemstone of the community! If you're scrolling, looking for your next breakfast place and you're on the fence... THIS IS IT!

Local Peach is a gem in the neighborhood! Chef Nona and Chef Bri are absolutely amazing. This restaurant exudes a strong sense of community and you feel warmly welcomed by the staff as soon as you walk in. It's a small, cozy spot that resembles a cafe, but still offers the option to dine in. Local Peach doesn’t rely on flashy decor or gimmicks – it’s all about quality food at reasonable prices. Many of you may know Chef Nona as a winner of Hell’s Kitchen, but she doesn’t use this fame to hike up the prices. Instead, she and Chef Bri focus on delivering delicious meals that keep you coming back for more. The Biscuit Sandwich, Garden Omelette, and French Toast were particularly outstanding. If you’re looking for a brunch spot that feels like home and serves incredible food, Local Peach is the place to be!
