Overall, I was not very impressed. We had reserved space for a large group gathering. You would think that perhaps they would have a cashier who spoke or understood English. That was not the case!

They offered juice beverages when paying for your buffet meal. I asked if those juices were an additional cost - mas dinero? She didn't understand. Thankfully, another person came to help who understood English. Yes, those drinks were not included & cost extra money.

Luckily, they had English and Spanish signage regarding the types of meat offered bc Spanish was required to be able to explain that to the man who was cutting the meat.

What they call the salad bar was honestly a joke. They had two types of lettuce tomatoes and literally that was about it.

The seating is primarily picnic tables inside the restaurant. Even in the private area reserved for groups, the maximum number of people you could fit was four people per table. Not at all ideal for large groups.

There was no salt or pepper out on the tables. When I asked - yes, the cashier - of course she said no. Again, the young lady who informed me @ the beverages went into the kitchen area and came out with a tiny plastic cup filled with some pepper.

What restaurant does not have salt and pepper on the tables? Needless to say, I will not...

I'm from S. Fl where street tacos are served right out of a "taco truck" on almost every corner. I walked down Buford Highway centered on authentic tacos. I ordered 5 steak tacos, Fresh guacamole w/ chips. The order was delivered perfectly. The tacos were served w/ radishes??? And the cilantro was cooked in w/ the meat. Also, the guacamole had a "baby food" type consistency. The tacos were some of the best I ever had. The meat was not grizzly, & I think the corn tortilla were homemade & fresh. The chips, were fresh and served to me warm. I walked 2 miles home and then I ate... I was pleasantly surprised by the variations I never had. The guacamole???? OMG delicious. I didn't think I was going to be able to do the consistency ...the taste was phenomenal and the consistency didn't matter. The server is the entire show also. My companions had a bit of trouble finding the entrance since it is set a bit to the side. Once inside the decorations are minimal and the music is played over an amp with an exposed ceiling. Personally, I didn't like the style choice but there were two other side rooms that were much better decorated. The food is quite good, i had a Oaxaqueña torta. My companions had a Tlayuda and a lengua burrito which they told me they enjoyed. The price is a little high but everything seems to be expensive now. The prices are not listed on the menu. The lady working the cash register was really nice but did not speak English. Not a problem for me, but it does make communication difficult. A good place to practice your Spanish though. I'm not sure if there is another staff member who speaks English coming later on. Lastly the bathrooms are around a corner toward the front. They are...
