After reading the reviews, my hope is that today was an poor anomaly.
Unfortunately, there wasnât a warm greeting upon enteringâin fact, no one greeted me. Bill was providing help to what seems like a well-known balloon designer which cause him to be busy and occupied. Bill answered my initial questions, but every interaction after was limited.
I came to familiarize myself with the various brands, but learned quickly that I would have to rely on self. The other employees were busy either stocking products or pulling products for online orders. In passing, they were mute. I asked a question to one employee, but it was ignoredâmy guess is that if youâre not a regular shopper here or well-known balloon artist, the value of your experience isnât a high priority. It wasnât until my hand basket begin to fill that Bill offered a shopping cart to me. And, to my prior point, their ignorance to you is evident because they were observed speaking with two other customers that seems seasoned visitors (one even welcomed to the back stock). Bill made sure to grab a multitude of bags for the other designer while again, the others minded their business. When I got to the register to check out, she did not ask if I found my items with ease. And, after spending $380 dollars, they seemed a bit more interested in my forthcoming jobs. I guess, your experience is built on your intent to buy or your frequency to the store. I will not be visiting again, I recommend those novice to balloons to research on their own or visit with no...
   Read moreWhile waiting in line to checkout, I witnessed a customer who asked the cashier for help but was rudely ignored. She then asked again for help the 2nd time and cashier gave her a dirty look before cursing at the customer. The manager Bill came out without knowing what was happening and started loudly arguing saying racial slurs with the customer who didnât do anything wrong but ask for help. This is so unacceptable and needs to be reported to the reported to a higher management thatâs more professional with customer.
The whole experience made me so uncomfortable. The store wasnât even busy. He obviously had some type of prejudice towards her. That was clear! Will never be back until they address...

I went in there expecting some trash generic ballons but boy was I suprised, there was like a lot of balloons no cap dawg. I was kinda overwhelmed cause I ainât never seen that many balloons in my life, I asked one of the employees for help and guess what, they helped. They was so kind and helpful, gave me so good options for balloons, better than the ones I had went to go get, I also got a thing of helium and that thing filled to the brim, been using the same thing no refill for the past week and it still not ran out.
