Starbucks — Restaurant in Norfolk

Most of the people that work here very rude! They complain when you ask them to stir your drink or to make sure that it's actually filled to the top. A couple of the employees will even say a few things under their breath were you can still hear exactly what they said then turn around and she will deny it and become very unprofessional in front of customers and start saying things! Small seating area not really anywhere to actually sit and enjoy your coffee with friends. Really need to build an actual Starbucks in Norfolk with much better...

After watching 4 drinks that were ordered after me get handed out before mine drink, I received my drink made incorrectly. I explained to the worker what I had ordered (which was a drink right off the menu, nothing fancy) and read off the ingredients to them right off the Starbucks app. After waiting much too long, they handed me my drink still made wrong. I choice to just leave rather then wait for another drink to be made...

I had a Starbucks every morning , don’t mind for waiting but about 2 months now my drink is not good anymore (my is same old Moca Frappuccino extra shot , extra whipping ), it’s was so so light and blend . I knew they don’t have enough employees but please ,don’t rush...
