Horrible experience! The dressing room attendant was absolutely out of line, unprofessional and confrontational. I've never had an experience, like today's disaster in a department store before... She treated my husband like a criminal because I asked him to come into the family dressing room area to view a swimming suit I was trying on. There were no other people in the dressing room area and I didn't feel comfortable walking out to the store area with the swimsuit on for everyone else to see. She argued continuously until I was eventually in the store area in the swim suit . Completely embarrassed us in front of the whole store. It was crazy and hostile to the point manager was called over. Which she also used as a threat like we had broken the law! Really I was relieved because I wanted to speak to a manager this was all just too bonkers! The manager eventually made his way over there but no attempt was made to speak to us or fallow up with us afterwards. So overall our experience was threatening...
Read moreMy daughter needed a larger size sneakers, we were told all they have are what’s in the shelves. I requested if they could call the next closest store the first clerk at the podium was courteous enough to get someone at the front desk to help with that. While I was waiting for the another worker explained they are too busy to call around to 14 stores, I did not ask for them to do that and would never expect that. If she’d of listened to me she’d of known another worker already was helping and I didn’t want them to call 14 different stores. I’ve had many retailers offer to call the nearest store to check if they have the size we are looking for and given they are in customer service it didn’t seem like we were asking too much. It was how she said it she did not even want to help me it felt personal horrible experience. The rest of the...
Read moreMy cashier experience starting out friendly and professional. I asked the cashier if you all had a rewards cards, she told me yes. I asked her if you all were going to ask for personal information rather than my phone number in my email she told me no. so as I look down at the screen to verify my information I noticed I was asked personal information so I kindly declined the credit line. Once again I ask the cashier is my personal information was going to be asked. I know a lot of senior citizens and this can easily be a rip off for a senior citizen. If they're unaware of what's going on. So I will truly say this is not a good thing. I don't know how your cashiers are being trained, but I definitely would not recommend this T.j.Maxx to anyone...
