Wings N Things Va — Restaurant in Norfolk

We used to come once a week, but the food and the customer service wasn’t great.

It’s been at least 2 years since we tried Wings n things and today 8/11/2024 @1:30 pm it was delicious!

We ordered 24 wings, 1/2 Cajun & 1/2 medium buffalo, with 1lb of seasoned fries and we asked them to be crunchy and 6 boneless hot Buffalo. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and hot, plenty of sauce, gave us enough ranch for all our chicken (which was an issue in the past also).

The prices have increased, with that said if you keep doing exactly what you did today, we don’t mind paying.

The guy that answered the phone was the same guy who took payment, he was nice, professional and thanked us for coming. The young man who gave us our order was pleasant as well.

Weird experience. I ordered my food and everything seemed to be okay, until I sat down. Then I realized as I was waiting for my food to be prepared the people in the back kept staring at me. I would look away I even went in my phone and when u looked up again two cooks were staring at me. When they called my order number I went to get the food and said thank you the lady just handed me the food. No your welcome or nothing. Then as I'm walking out one of the cooks in the back watched as I was leaving and didnt look away until I got out the store. That weird behavior lead me to believe that something was wrong or they tampered with the food. The "owner" joe didnt give me a refund. Wont be going back and advise everyone to make sure that if you buy from them make sure your food isnt tampered with. One black women and black male....

My wife took me there to introduce the best wings. After we ordered I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I heard a female voice sounded like she was continuously throwing up,coughing and gagging from the bathroom nxt to me for a good minute or 2.I watched the lady walk towards the entrance of the kitchen from the female bathroom. I asked for my money back and explained what had happened.The employee that took my order told me that shes not the cook and shes not in the kitchen. Ummmm,once she entered the building sick no telling what her symptoms were.....60% chance she'll get everyone sick especially handling either food,utensils,pots,pans,or door handles....etc that was today around 3ish 1/12/20.
