So Yesterday could have been a total disaster. Our waitress was named Lex and it was her first day working after training for one day. There were three of us dining and the other two guys ordered a couple of mango Iced Teas. Being the only real man in the group, I ordered a margarita with salt on the rocks. Well when Lex delivered the Iced Teas she managed to spill quite a bit of one all over me! She was terrified! I told her I didn't mind the bath so much as I worried about it being sticky and she said, well let me go get you some wet paper towels. As she walked away from the table I noticed that she had a cell phone in her hand and it had my girlfriend's picture on it! Then I realized my cell phone was missing! So I got up to see why she had taken my cell phone thinking maybe she'd spilled iced tea on it and was going to to clean it for me and then I saw her realize that she was holding my phone in her hand and she immediately came back towards me and met me halfway and gave me a big hug and said "I don't know what I'm doing!" LOL! So I went back to my chair and she brought me the paper towels and I got all cleaned up and then she went and got me my margarita and then we ordered. Well, bless her heart we had to repeat our orders at least three times to her and when she went to put them into the computer she had to come back twice to make clarifications! LOL! And then I told her by the way sweetheart there's no salt on my glass! So in an attempt to make me happy she went over and brought me a little cup of salt! LOL! I said no sweetheart I wanted a hold on my glass! So she took my glass back over to the bartender and they corrected the problem and everything was okay. Well then the food comes. Only came for just one of the three of us. About 15 minutes later the food shows up for me and the other guy and I had ordered two kinds of wings and some hot shrimp and he'd ordered hot wings and a bowl of chili. Well my shrimp for a little bit cold but I didn't complain. But my buddy wound up with a side of chili that was about the size of 2 tablespoons. So he asked Alex if he could talk to the manager. No I met you did roll her eyes a little bit but I know it wasn't out of being upset with us it was her thinking OMG! I'm going to get my butt chewed! So the manager came over and talk to us and we made sure to point out that our problem was not with her at all but that it was more to do with the kitchen. Long story short everything got taken care of properly the manager reassured her that she was not in any trouble. I told her that she was just so simply beautiful that she could have pulled the whole thing of iced tea on my head and gotten away with it! LOL! And the picture you see was taken just before we left! So kudos to the manager for being a great manager! And good luck to Lex and I hope that we had a positive training session...
Read moreFirst I’m going to start off by saying I absolutely love you guys, the food the young lady working very polite friendly good service and energy usually a great experience for the most part , yesterday I did a online order for wings and fries paid online got to the store the two young lady ask was I placing a order or pick up I said pick up gave her my name not sure if she understood me but she then proceeded to give me a total that sounded like what I paid so I take out my id so they could verify name to the card I used online so I asked you have to run my card again ?so they asked my name again this time I told them what I had ordered then the young lady said oh okay no okay fine so I sit down talking on my phone when the young lady who took my name goes in repeat what I ask to them “ she talking about do you need my card again and start laughing her and her co workers so I looks at her and she looks at me now the only thing that Stop me from asking her did she have a problem with me asking her about My card being used again ? Was I had my work uniform On !!!! I was trying to find what was her purpose for the comment when we already got the issue resolved?very unprofessional no good communication or customer service if they have a problem with the customer asking questions about their service or money then please find them another job in the business cause don’t no paying customers want to be insulted with words from anybody when they come to your job for a service just be mindful what you say and...
Read moreOrder from door dash and I asked for sauce, after PAYING EXTRA FOR SAUCE (BLUE CHEESE AND RANCH) they should compliment it with 20 wings for free however they made me pay extra AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT OT IN THE BAG AFTER I CALLED TO REMIND THEM AND MY DOOR DASHER REMINDED THEM. careless... How do you charge extra for complimentary sauces and you don't even put the overpriced sauce in the bag 🙄. I'm boycotting hooters period until sauce is free because I'm not wasting extra money for something you don't even put in the bag. This happened January 15th around 8pm #teach your employees to care about orders when overcharging them for complimentary sauces everyone else considers part of the same dish. I have never been so frustrated in my life. Just take everything and give me my money back... Best part is someone didn't even put the lid on correctly and the wings fell all over my jeans and in the bag and on the carpet as I was taking out the food to see if they remembered the blue cheese I knew they'd forget. If I didn't know better I'd say this was deliberate because you train your employees to argue about sauce 🙄... We boycotted McDonald's for charging 25cents for sauce but you think we won't boycott you for charging $1 AND FORGETTING TO PUT IT IN THE BAG.... you shouldn't participate in delivering services because you don't even get condiments or...
