I've brought other Mac's in for repair and the service at Advanced Computing has always been outstanding. Recently I had a problem with a 'new' to me MacBook**. I took it to a different phone repair/computer repair/gaming store in Bloomington just because the store had opened a new location and it was convenient. That didn't work out for me so well. After a couple of different trips to that store they gave up and said they couldn't get the part to repair my machine. I took the MacBook into Advanced Computing. They were able to fix me up in a timely fashion for a reasonable price.

My 5 year old Mac was in desperate need for a new battery. Dropped it off at Advanced Computing. They had it back in a day and I thought what quick service. Then a few days later I noticed my Mac wasn’t holding charges any better then it was before I brought it in. In fact it was worse. So, I called back to the shop and told them my concerns and they were sooooo awesome. Immediately they requested I get it back in and my earliest convenience and they’d drop what they were doing to resolve the issue. Later that morning I dropped it off and in 2 hours they called back letting me know they had replaced the battery again. This time it worked great. My husband and I needed a new computer due to the age of our computer and the fact that Windows 7 was no longer supported. Someone recommended James, from Advanced Computing. After speaking with him on the phone, and getting some information, we ended up having a custom computer built. It was actually more efficient instead of buying one comparable to what we had and Advanced Computing was very reasonably priced. I was extremely nervous, as I'm not the most computer savvy, but he helped me through the process. James was extremely knowledgable, professional, and personable.
