I always have such amazing customer service here. I started shopping here in late summer 2023 when I got into backyard birdwatching. When I was having a terribly frustrating squirrel🐿️ problem, Kim helped answer my questions about the baffles available and how to install them. I can happily say, my squirrels are completely “baffled” now.😉 When I’ve had questions about seed, her and another gal have always been most helpful. Any and all products you could think of for birdwatching are here. Even gifts! They have a gorgeous selection of rocks and crystals as well. I have also shopped online for in store pickup and had a great experience with that too. Just a wonderful place, all around. A smaller Wild Birds Unlimited store compared to what I am used to in Bloomington, Indiana but it has all the essentials for supporting your backyard birding needs. Several free presentations by local wildlife experts throughout the year are offered and the owners are also very helpful and knowledgeable. Feeders are pricey but high quality. The seed is very high quality with a good selection but is pricey as well. I believe the quality of the seed justifies the price as it only contains seed desired and eaten by birds and no fillers are included like the seed sold...

Combination store for Wild Birds, as well as Windstone Woman crystal shoppe. Kim sells the crystals. She has a wide variety of different crystal stones. She is super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful with showing and educating about the crystal stones available. She also has some Native American creations and essential oils.
