I do not recommend this company. Maybe if you are coming to spend thousands of dollars they will give you the time of day but if they believe you are not worth their time they won't give you the time of day.
I am in the market for a new recliner and I am on a time line so I need to find one quickly. I have a problem low back so I need one that is very supportive and sits me pretty upright. Bonus points if it's a bit off the ground so my craft rolling table can fit close, but that is not required as I can get furniture risers if needed. When I walked in I had a young guy great me and asked what I was looking for. He basically told me what I wanted did not exist but I was free to walk around. I did take the time to walk around and I did find several chairs that would have worked. Of course they had no prices so I asked for information on one of them when I saw the guy again. He looked it up and gave me the price and I asked for a printout of the chairs information. I wanted something that I can look at to help me keep them straight as I was looking at several options. I was told they do not provide any printouts as the price changes to much. Excuse me? How often are the prices being moved around that a printout is not accurate within a week? Even if that is the case your telling me there is no way to provide a printout of an item I am interested in? He then offered to "write" it on the back of his card. I said forget it and walked out at that point. I do not want to work with a company that changes prices apparently daily if a printout is not allowed, who thinks writing something on a card is sufficient when I'm looking at several options, and literally told me that they did not have anything to fit my need.
If you want actual customer service that does not care only about their commission and how much money they assume your going to spend then I suggest you go...

Upon placing the order, we were told that it may arrive in 4-6wks but the sales rep was confident it'd be sooner & said "it's always sooner than the given timeframe". Exactly 6wk later to the day, we received a call that our couch had arrived & will be delivered between 8-9:30a.m the following a.m. At this time we still had our current couch & scrambled to sell it on Facebook to make room for our new sectional. Later that day, we got a 2nd call that 1 of the 2 pcs arrived damaged & would need to be re-made. At no point in time did anyone from Raymour & Flanigan advise that our delivery for the other pc was cancelled. It wasn't until my husband stayed home from work, awaiting their arrival, that we realized no one was coming. We had to call back & at that time were informed that both pieces were being re-made & we'd have to wait an additional 2-3wks after already waiting a long 6wks. I called to speak with the manager to advise that this wasn't acceptable because we've sold our current couch, I am almost 9mo pregnant, i work from home & am forced to sit in a camping chair all day & work for the next 2-3wks. I asked the manager if we could please have the non-damaged 1pc until the new one arrives or borrow something from their store as I'm forcibly being put in a very uncomfortable situation. As if this wasn't enough, we're hosting Easter this year at our home & now we have no seating for our family either. The managers resolution was to refund the $150 shipping costs which doesn't resolve any of the heart ache & physical pain that they're causing. In addition to the miniscule refund, the manager offered for us to come in & purchase a new couch. More money & time out of our pockets isn't a resolution we find remotely acceptable. Read moreThese 5 stars are for Beth, Ivan, and Pat for fixing what was a terrible first experience. We came to R&F Outlet to purchase a mattress. First salesman just didn't come back to the showroom. A manager, Dave, came across us and gave us tons of pricing, credit options, and explained the different mattresses. After what we thought was an excellent and trustworthy transaction, we soon realized it was anything but. We were charged well over what we were quoted for all of the items. We also said we could pay in full, but we were sold on a no risk zero interest credit line (because why deplete your savings if you don't have to). Come to find out, we paid even higher prices for using that credit line ($500+) and Dave never disclosed that. We got the wrong base, and delivery was 4 hours late and we had to call to find that out, no notice that they were running that last whatsoever. The mattress itself was TERRIBLE! Dipped like crazy (I am 115lbs soaking wet). I legit had to climb out of a hole every morning. The base was not set inside of my platform (which they said they would) and my bed was 1000 ft off the ground. I called Dave and he was as rude as it comes. Finally got him to agree to send someone out and they took a picture, still did not set the base in the frame, and said "no one sleeps in the middle of a mattress" and left. Anyways... Fastforward and after many phone calls, and luckily Dave was transferred out of the store, I was blessed to have been turned over to Beth. She was wonderful from the start to finish. Got us a new base, new mattress, and credit for the misquotes. Ivan in sales was so understanding and he earned our business back and we will ask for him when we come in. Lastly, Pat at the office is just a pleasant gem. Thank you all for turning around...
