Starbucks — Restaurant in North Attleborough

Can I just say ….. I am new to Starbucks ( my teen daughter got me hooked recently ) I can’t afford this regularly. I downloaded the app and got myself free beverage with a purchase, which I just took advantage of today. Naturally I couldn’t decide what item to buy ( Because the coffee was free, I had to buy something cheap to make it worth it) I can’t make decisions to save my life ! Simple thing takes forever Ava ! Ava! Ava! Was here waiting on me . She was down to earth . Helped me make my difficult decision. We Made small talk (very small as she was waiting in other customers ) Professional , level headed , mature employee they have here at Starbucks ! Ava should definitely given a raise ! Promoted if it’s an option. Simple things like getting a coffee after a shit day at work make a huge difference . To me at least ! Ava sure did make my day and I will definitely be back ! Thanks Ava! Please take a look at your cameras around 630 tonight. Just ordered two lattes and watched the employee drop the lid on the floor, and look me in the eye putting it on in hopes I didn't see. After calling her out and asking for the manager, the manager tried to convince me it was an honest mistake that she knowingly picked up a lid of a floor, and put it on my cup convincing herself I didn't see until I said something. Honest mistake is one thing, what she did was disgusting, lazy, and inconsiderate. Instead of addressing the issue I got the manager lying to security to rush me out saying I'm swearing at customers when I very directly swore at him for trying to gaslight me rather than tend to his employee. Starbucks are a part of Targets store design along with other partnerships. This Target location never seems very busy & the Starbucks is quite small, easily overlooked & cannot hold a crowd. I’ve always had quick, fast, friendly service. If there are times certain things may be unavailable, not great but understandable. There are many other chains far less specialized in the area frequently “out” of more staple items than the “inconsistent” choices afternoon at this location. If I am truly only going for a particular Pastry or such, I’d probably choose the newer location further south on Rt. 1. Rarely have I made the effort to this shopping plaza intent on Starbucks.
