Sleep Number — Hotel in North Attleborough

We had an excellent experience at the North Attleboro Sleep Number Bed Store! We were a bit nervous walking in because we did not want to feel pressured or have to listen to a scripted marketing pitch ... we just wanted to find a comfortable mattress! Well, our experience was the exact opposite! Jasmine, the manager, greeted us and asked a few simple questions to get things started so we could focus our search. She was honest, answered all our questions and provided additional insight. Mark was also on hand to provide explanations on the technical pieces that interested us and answer more questions. After being in the store for over 2 hours not only did we find a mattress in our budget but we made 2 new friends! We cannot say enough about how well we were treated and how "not pressured" we felt to make a purchase. We left the store to think things over and returned a few days later to complete the purchase. The gentleman that helped us in the store was extremely helpful and did a great job. It’s the team that set up the bed that didn’t give us a great experience. The first two guys that came said the bolts/screws were not shipped with the rest of the bed and were very apologetic. We then waited a week for two more guys to come, they put the bed together but then two days later the headboard fell off. Turns out not enriching was bolted in. Two more guys came a couple days later and ended up asking if we had even gotten the bed frame from sleep number because they had never seen one like this. Of course we did and we paid a lot of money for everything! They ended up not having some of the screws to finish the job so my Husband had to find some in our garage for them.
