LongHorn Steakhouse — Restaurant in North Attleborough

Just had dinner here. While the food was great, service was ONE OF THE WORSE we’ve had. Server introduced herself and attempted to take our drink order. I ordered a frozen Texas Margarita. She said she didn’t think they make them frozen but she could ask. No problem. She left. Came back and said they do. Great. She then asked if I wanted to upgrade to Patron for an extra $1. I said sure. She left with the order. Came back AGAIN this time to say it was actually $3 extra not $1 and actually they don’t have the tequila they use anyway so it’s pay the $3 for the upgrade or not get it. She seemed annoyed. How do you think I felt?! I accepted all extra charges and just prayed to finally get a drink as my family was more than half way with theirs. 😣 we had to ask for bread instead of being offered it. The server never came back. NOT ONCE to even check if everything came out ok. She did ask the kids if they wanted more soda at one point as she quickly walked by. No full stop and did not ask us adults 😳 for all she knew I could’ve ordered another $9 margarita! I didn’t feel like chasing her to spend my $ for it though. The place is losing $ with servers like this. My husband asked her for the check and a box as she walked by as well. I’ve experienced servers who over due the check-ins but never had I experienced a server not checking in after the food was served at least once. We would definitely hesitate to visit this...

I have been a long time customer of this establishment and on January 3rd the things that I witnessed and delt with changed my whole perspective of this place . When receiving bread and the plates we received were dirty with filth and grime stuck to it like they were not washed properly . It was no big deal at first and I asked Drew the Waiter if he could grab us some clean ones and he did so . After getting our food and while eating I ordered a classic margarita and after taking a sip I noticed that there was black specs floating in my drink and frozen in the ice cubes . The waiter said it could have been from the container it was mixed in and when I opened it up I found rotted food stuck in the container . At this point I was absolutely disgusted when I noticed the same black specs in the ice cubes and floating in my water i was drinking all night . I asked to speak to the manager and drew said he was busy in the back making sure the the dishes were clean . Absolutely awful service when you have an issue at the restaurant and management is to busy to come out and talk to you . I called back a few times to make the general manager aware of the situation and he has the same days off as me . It's hard to get in contact with someone when you have a when you have a full time job an go to school. This restaurant is extremely convenient to travel to living near by but I suggest traveling to the Seekonk location...

Idalina D. Aka Lena. Anyway I called in around 2pm ish on Friday April 18th 2025 and gave the restaurant the heads up of a party coming in of a 11. I know there no reservations but you can't be added to waiting list online if you are past four people. Who ever answered the phone was accomdating. She suggested I call back thirty minutes before, so that's what I did. I showed up and told them who I was. They where preparing seating for 11 and I asked for one more person to be added to table and they did that. Idalina was very impressive and attentive to the whole tables needs. I asked for a drink and in blink of eye like ninja it was there lol. I dropped a fork. I looked down saw it and was about to move to grab it and in flash she had picked it up. We needed several checks and she was all over that. There was zero mistakes and she was on top of every aspect. We where all impressed and she got all of our attention. She made our longhorn experience a A+ Thank you for being a great waitress. Longhorn isn't like my favorite place or has anything that grabs my attention to want to come back if I am being honest but my Brother in law birthday and this is what he wanted.
