Yes this place is “nice” inside but be weary of giving them your business! I’m a very small business owner who takes pride in every job I do!! I do event decor and was hired by launch very last minute I squeezed them in and delivered Exactly what they asked for!! Upon arrival the launch corporate employee told me where she wanted everything, she wanted some balloon clusters very high on columns as much as I was a bit worried about the height I wanted to deliver for them! I asked to borrow a ladder and stretched as far as I could to get them high enough once the height was approved I continued to hang the 5 clusters that were paid for in the invoice. I worked diligently and actually fell off the very top of the ladder hitting my head smack on a hard floor! A couple employees were very kind asked if I was ok and if I needed anything? I told them I was ok (although my head was pounding) and continued on. I eventually asked the “cooperate contact” for grip socks and explained I had fallen off the ladder. She didn’t ask if I was ok just asked for the grip socks and continued to direct me. She then asked if I brought extra balloons and could I add 4 more clusters. I knew this would put me behind on my other jobs but still wanted them to be happy so I obliged she, said “just send me an invoice for the extra” I told her ok and I’ll do the best I can with what I have.
I continued to work hand pumping balloons (much more time consuming) and contacted someone who helps me out asking if she could get to my next install so I’m not late. She did so and after I finished up I went straight to my next job. I wrapped up I talked to the cooperate contact and made sure she was satisfied before I left to which she said yes.
Fast forward to today it is now 2 weeks later and I’ve all but begged them to pay the invoice for the additional balloons. I’ve since paid my staff, paid my invoices for supplies and still no final payment from them . I’ve texted, I’ve emailed I’ve tried everything but it seems they don’t want to pay! This is a huge business yet a small invoice( for a small business )that they’ve just decided they don’t “feel like paying” I’m so disappointed and would NEVER give my business to a large cooperation that treats small businesses this way and you shouldn’t either!!! They should be ashamed of themselves honestly! Give your business to honest, respectful companies not huge business like this that don’t care about you or small businesses they’re out to make a dollar avc you’ll see that in how much they charge and how much additional cost every single add on is! Read moreWe had such an amazing time at Launch Family Entertainment in North Attleboro! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We also loved that their in-house restaurant, Krave, offered healthy food options! Everything was delicious! We got their chicken Ceasar wrap, chicken nuggets and veggies wrap!
A special shoutout to Jim, who was super nice and funny, and to Jamel, the General Manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was so hospitable and gave us all the information about the different attractions and activities. We also got to interact with Brooke, who was so friendly to our toddler and encouraging him to jump. She was so attentive, amazing customer service and ensuring the place looked clean the whole time.
Our favorite parts were definitely the mini golf and trampoline jumping!! so much fun for the whole family! Our son especially loved the toddler-friendly obstacle course. It’s the perfect place to spend a day with your little ones. Highly recommend...
Read moreThe trampoline park area of the facility is under-whelming. If you plan to go here solely for the “trampoline park”, this place is not it. The price is the same as other competing trampoline parks, yet it’s 1/2 the size. They even up-charge to use a basketball area (an additional $4). I came here on a weekday and intended to use my laptop while my kids jumped. There was no proper table to sit and the “sitting area” (tops of little cubbies) was unswept and spills on the ground. I realized the WiFi was locked upon getting situated and there was no signage anywhere with the password. Had to go back to the front desk as there were NO staff members in sight and then had to wait 15+ minutes while the 1 staff member worked the front counter and allowed 2+ parties to cut in line in front of me while I waited patiently.
Understaffed, staff lacking personality and common sense, unclean facilities, high price for what you actually get.
