Every time I come here to pick up my husbands meds, they never have it available they tell me over the phone to come in and when we do they say something totally different in person. I’m switching to Walgreens cause this place has always a long waiting line and is supposedly 24 hrs but horrible service. the pharmacists are always clueless with the insurances and what meds to give us that the insurance will pay for and they always say we didn’t receive the Rx when we confirmed with the doctor what we were suppose to pick up at this pharmacy. Just spoke to the nastiest gentleman. He claimed to be the supervisor on 11/30 at 9am. He wouldn’t let me talk, was saying the words like “period”.. hung up on me twice.
