It's Burger King, just like the billion others. I never go in. Drive through has a few people who work here that are super sweet & a few with attitudes. Kinda gotta go with the mindset of if they don't have a smile, give em yours! Now that I think of it, I often have to pull up to wait for items more here then other fast food places I drive through but since I mostly come just for coffee that's not too much of a concern.Until today! So they had a promotion a bit ago that any size coffee was $1. McDonalds still has that promo running, but that's not the point...so I pull up and read off the board - "Any size coffee 0.99". Hummm, ok! So I order, it's not too easy to hear from their speaker with all the busy AM bus and car traffic so I pull around to pay. This young lady says $2 and change. So I said, very politely, the sign says .99. Then- and this is why I'm posting it because I could care less about the dollar, she goes away, comes bk lies TO MY FACE saying I just checked,it's not on the dollar menu . So now I'm annoyed. I get out of my car,slip past the window- the universe was kind no-one was honking behind me, lock my car just in time to see the manager unlocking the sign! So I confront him and the 2 employees looking at me like I'm doing something wrong and say ," Oh so it's not 99cents???? Then stammering he says, "We'll give it to you for that price". I CAN NOT believe the lack of integrity. Soooo, its okay to look someone right in the eyes and lie like that??? For literally a dollar??? Read moreZero Again. The last time I gave a review on this Burger King was 2 years ago, AND here I am, catching myself writing about the same BK again 2 years later. It seems like nothing has changed. It looks like the regional manager or managers dont give a crap about their store here. Training is badly needed in this store. RUDE employees or very sarcastic with customers always. Both are bad. ALSO these BK employees are either lazy to put receipt paper roll into their machines or never have enough to give customers one that paid cash or card. I've been hearing the we are getting new machines for years now. How do you run a store like this? Please fix this asap. Being the only BK in the area, you should do better and treat customers better before people start going somewhere else. I ask if the impossible burger "vegan" was cook on the same grill with the regular burgers and Michelle the drive through worker had no idea. She ask a manager and the manager informed Michelle that the impossible burger are made on the same grill with the regular burgers. I ask if this is the only location that does that and Michelle said they all do that. I replied thats not right because I have ordered impossible burger "vegan" several places through NJ, NY, PA and DEL and its called impossible burger "vegan" because people don't get meat.
