Walmart Pharmacy — Local services in North Bergen

Terrible service. The people who work there are so uneducated. I filled 2 prescriptions when I was pregnant and now my son will be 2 months old and I still don't have the medication we needed. My daughters vitamin has been on backorder for at least 3 months. Everytime I call they say it will be here in 2 days. This is ridiculous. My husband had back surgery, they had the pain killers on backorder and now they tell me the prescription expired and I need to get a new one. Completely ridiculous. My newborn son's vitamin D was ordered and they told me they needed my insurance information, now I call to give the information and without me giving them anything they tell me the insurance doesn't cover it and it's an over the counter medication. Please educate yourselves and stop wasting people's time. Thank you for nothing, I will be switching...

The worst pharmacy in the world. You call them, they say the meds are ready, you go down. They make you wait 30 minutes. The pharmacists are consistently goofing off, and not doing anything. Specifically the one in North Bergen NJ.

For example, since I live about 20 minutes away , I called to make sure meds were ready. They said yeh (Don was his name), I go down and find out insurance stopped covering the blood pressure meds. And why couldn't they tell me on the phone?

Sometimes, I feel as if they do this on purpose, they're playing with peoples lives in their hands.

Someone from Walmart Co, should investigate this pharmacy. Its like they want you to not be taking your meds, and the way they smirk at you from 20 feet away shouting out personal details instead of coming to you face to face....

I drove from the Bronx to this Walmart looking for car tires . Thinking that they have tires in store as seen in onther Walmart upstate Ny So as I enter the store I ask an employee where in the store I can find car tires he looked at me and acted like he didn’t know what I was looking for Then I asked onther employee he acted like he did not speak English and he walked away as I was talking to him Then asked a female employee and she acted like she had no time for my question This is sad that Walmart hires ppl and they have no costumer service training This store is just as bad as shopping in Home Depot Walmart lets get your employees...
