Bagel Box 2 — Restaurant in North Bergen

I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. While visiting Bagel Box 2, I witnessed something truly disturbing. A customer parked in a mostly empty lot, only to walk across the street to eat at another establishment. The manager, apparently irritated, immediately called a tow truck when he noticed. Within about 10 minutes, the car was gone.

When the car owner walked in to ask if anyone saw whether his car was stolen or towed, the manager’s response was, “I’m not affiliated with the tow company, bro.”

It was absolutely appalling to see how the manager treated someone just trying to enjoy a meal elsewhere. There were plenty of open spots, and the car was gone in under 10 minutes—seems like a huge overreaction, all because another restaurant across the street was getting more foot traffic.

Have to back this place up after seeing a review about the parking situation from a miss Luci, I watched the whole thing go down . The people didn’t read the 9473837 signs outside that only patrons of the plaza can park there. It’s their fault completely and tearing down a business over the lack of common sense of someone else is truly idiotic.
